I have never read a Bellatrix/Hermione fic before today. And I have to say that this is definitely my favorite. It was put together so well. It was realistic, almost as if Bellatrix would and could do something like this. You are an incredible writer. Keep doing it.

This has got to be one if my all time favourite fics across all fandoms. I've read it so many times but never taken a moment to leave my thoughts. This really encompasses everything I love about bellamione. The intoxicating darkness and Hermione's surrender to it. Gorgeous writing. Adore it. I'll read it many times to come as well :)

Hello, miss, I think I really like this!

The way you have painted Bellatrix - well, her motivations, at least, is wonderfully realistic. As in, it could very possibly be real (even though, knowing Jo, it most likely isn't. But Jo made her characters a lot more black-or-white than complicated grey and the entire thing is pretty damn allegorical. So whatever, we can make the characters as layered as we want). And that pitiful thing she says at the end, how the thing she did with Hermione at least allows her to taste that sort of love... So sad. So beautifully sad. Aww, I just wanted to give her a hug and kiss.

Some parts, I will say, seemed a bit muddled for me as a reader. The beginning, where Hermione's perceptions are fuzzy, I understand to be intentional. But then, some of the dialogue afterwards confused me: I didn't quite get the point that Bellatrix was trying to make about the animals fucking and Ron only wanting to get into Hermione's pants; why exactly would Bellatrix want Hermione to have a taste of something she missed out on? I mean later you establish that it's more the other way around, but that part still sort of confuses me, sorry; and um I really didn't understand at all the answer she gives to Hermione's first "Why?" ("They hunt") - as in she believes the boys will actually succeed in rescuing H and escaping? But if Malfoy or Greyback came in they would just enjoy watching Hermione being tortured? Maybe I'm not as good a reader as I thought I was, because those parts really did befuddle me. But!

Please take all of what I'm saying as constructive criticism because I didn't mean to insult your writing in any way! I think it's wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading your little short. Part of the appeal is in the confusing elements of what's going on, which makes it all the more real for me as an observer, because Hermione must be equally puzzled. And those points, I suppose, if I thought really hard on them (oh, the horror! To think more than a moment on one thing!) I could come up with a solid opinion of what I think you were trying to say. I'm just not so sure that my opinion will be correct.

there are few stories left without these characters being OOC, specially when it comes to Bellatrix. but this is really awesome.
