Nicely written. And yes, now I feel a bit better about the finale, too. I liked the bit in the beginning about Yin getting a kick out of telling Hei where she is at random times. LOL! And the exploration of Hei's thoughts about his Contractor/human identity was great. The Hei/Kirihara interactions feel natural as well. Thanks for sharing this story! D

AMAZING! Wow, that was really really good! Season 2 of Darker than BLACK is coming out soon, and both Misaki and Hei are there, so hopefully, we get some interaction! (or lots of it P)
