I stayed up way too late to finish this, but it was absolutely worth it! I very much liked your spin on Jack's history, especially the whole...Tia Dalma and seeing Elizabeth chapter. And I wish them making out before the battle was canon! :)

Finished it. Loved it! :) I just wish there was a scene where Elizabeth apologized to Jack for leaving him to the Kraken. Other than that, it was great! Cheers! :)

And obviously, I enjoyed it, especially the parts with Trinidad and Jack speaking in Italian...mmmm...mon ami! So, I read your story. And I like it, obviously, except for Lizzie. More a review for the whole thing, but I liked it! Not sure if Will would find someone he loved more than Elizabeth, but I'm glad that everyone got a happy ending.

I loved that little one liner about Norrington not dying before Jack, because it turned out to be true (for a while anyway)!

Any reason behind the change in the positioning of Jack's pirate brand? It would seem that Beckett would want the brand to be on a more easily visible portion of Jack's arm, like it is in the movie.

I hope that you detail how Jack got that reindeer bone in his hair. Wondering how you're going to reconcile this meeting with Barbossa and Jack eventually making him first mate.

Can't help but wonder how Teague gets that shrunken head then.

In a way, his mother kind of reminds me of Elizabeth, in both appearance and attitude.

I really love this story. You did a wonderful job. I love this story more than the actually movies.

I like the end it quite sweet. The only thing is the bit about the pieces of eight. They would no longer exist as they have no purpose - Calypso has been freed from her human form.

It's a really good chapter. The only problem I have with it is that you didn't put in my favourite line "I've got a jar of dirt, and guess what's inside it!" (I tend to say this at random parts of the day :D)

This is amazing so far. Jack is so funny, especially in his delirium state. You have definitely captured Tia Dalma's speech properly. I keep on reading her parts with the accent. Can't wait to see how it ends.
