I've read several of these little ficlets across numerous writers. I couldn't help but laugh at the fact that I've read just about every single one you mentioned in here. And I have never found one so thoroughly enjoyable or lengthy. This was pure awesomeness! Thank you so much for this.

Oh that was hilarious! Could you pretty please with a cherry on top add me? I'm fairly new but I do have a couple stories down. I have one story in mind when Holmes has to work with the Hardy Boys(Victorian Age Hardy Boys) and two of my own original detectives. I immensely enjoyed reading this and was giggling all through it. And that meeting at the end, I guess that's every fan's dream to visit Baker Street and meet the beloved characters. Holmes meeting his creator, Conan Doyle was a bit of an intimidating idea but was handled well. Yes, I guess Conan Doyle is very much like his creation.

Doyle was cute. Domineering, but cute. and "schitzophrenic" Watson was the best.

I seriously thought we were all going to jump Sir ACD when he said he wished he'd have gotten rid of Holmes. I rather wish that that would have happened. Oh, I still like your version. It's amazing! The switching from "fiction" to "reality" was interesting and added drama. This entire thing was very entertaining and well done. I wouldn't have minded if you had made it a tad longer. In fact, that last line seemed to suggest the possibility of a sequel... or maybe I'm just being hopeful.

At any rate, I enjoyed it. Wonderful job! Bravo!

It's back! At last, everyone is introduced! You did a very good job of getting something unique about all of us without dragging the chapter out to exorbitant proportions. It was extremely amusing, too! Sarcasm abounds. I like how you switch from the writer to what is being written. It adds. There are a few typos now and again, but nothing terrible. Overall, I love it. And... le gasp!... Sir Arthur Conan Doyle? We'll see how Watson's plan works out. Very good job! I applaud you!

(By the way, you have *Points upward heroically.* INSPIRED me to conquer my crossover mystery once and for all! I can hardly promise that it will be finished soon or anything, but... I shall wrestle my vague ideas into an organized, intruguing mystery or die trying!)
