That was quite the twist. It made it that much more poignant, because it allowed you to think of the person to think of a person first, before realizing who/what he was.

This was a really good story - I started to think it might have been Michael - but never suspected it to be Todd. That was one twist I didn't see coming. I figured that he must have been a wraith treated with the retrovirus - but Todd - well that was different. Thanks for writing.

*stares* Wow. It was Todd all along huh? I love how you did that! ...from what I'm getting he got a dose of the retrovirus right? That would explain why the people didn't immediately try to kill him and 'partially' why he couldn't remember anything much about his past.

Sometimes the Atlantis team can make me so mad! After all...if they hadn't been so cruel and unfair to Michael then he wouldn't have gone all "lets kill everyone." ...at least that's what I think. *nods*

Excellent story. It's really one of the best SGA AU's I've ever read. I have some trouble understanding how he wasn't immediately killed for being a wraith, or how he could survive so long on human food so long, but I'm just gonna guess he got a strong dose of retrovirus.

Really beautiful story. It could easily survive outside of the fanfic universe.

Gotta tell ya. If I had known this was about Todd, I never would have read it. I like Todd, but...

I thought it was Ronon, and I cried for him and wanted John to find him...

Oh...my...word. That was beautiful but so sad. All through I kept thinking: Who is this guy? It can't be Shep, can it? I like the thought of Todd mistakenly thinking that he was Sheppard. The two are a lot alike in many ways.

Then there was that part of the end almost made me cry. ( I find it hard to accept that our team would do something like that, even though it's been show that the can and do. Todd is one of my favorite characters and I love how you've written both him and this story. Fully captivating. Thanks for posting. Keep writing.

I think you've done a amazing job with the characters in this little AU you've created (though I readily admit I don't like the idea of the Atlantis team doing anything like this, even if we've already seen how ruthless they can be).

Rui's amazing. Todd's freaking awesome. You're freaking awesome squared. Easily one of my very favorite Wraith fics ever, despite the depressingness (which I'm sure isn't a word). I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed reading it, and I'm sure I'll be rereading it multiple times in the future. There are many stories I follow, many stories I love, but only a few which I have reread, and only a very few which I have reread more than once. I think this is destined to be one of those very few.

Oh my. I kinda thought there was a twist to the identity too. I found your story quite riveting and well written. The slow healing, wariness, the woman's tenderness and the gradual building of trust - it all rang true.

OMG! I love it! You made me think that was Shep all along. It made me cry at the end. So I assume they did a Michal thing to poor Todd?

Oh, this story is so sad it made my cry. Well written but confusing until the last paragraph tells what really happend. I had a suspision it was him but then as the story carried on I thought - no that can't be. Really horribly sad but also a beautiful story...horribly beautiful :(
