TBH THIS IS SO CANON! IF LIGHT JUST ADMITTED THE GAP IN HIS MEMORY (cuz we all know he DID have gaps in his memory) KIRA'S RETURN COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED AND THEY BOTH COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED ARGHHHH

Anyway, I love the way you wrote everything! Light's internal conflict, Ryuuzaki and Light's odd friendship contrasted with L and Kira's rivalry, L's cute personality-

Amazing as usual! You can really see Light's mind as it would have been when he forfeited the death note here. This story is great and I love the dreams of Light. You can see Kira in Lights's dreams, dragging him deeper into the depths of darkness and borderline insanity.
Light seems so conflicted in this story. On one side he wants to convince L to know that he is in fact, not Kira; but wether Light is aware of it or not, he is Kira. The Kira he doesn't want to be, the Kira he loaths, Light can't escape Kira where ever he goes. (hah, that rhymed)
This is one of my favourite Death Note stories. Good job.

This has to be one of the most in character realistic Death Note fics I've ever written.

So much so that you made me believe that this is what happened during those moments when Light and L were handcuffed together.

This is fantastic, as per usual. I absolutely adore the picture you create of Light's mind here; it's somewhat chaotic and broken and dark, but in its own right it is beautiful and haunting and radiant, just like its subject. It is definately one of the finest representations of thier relationship I have ever seen. I love it. XD Thanks so much for this.

This is really a fascination psychological picture of Light. It shows how the dynamics between L and Light got Light to doubt himself and, because of this, become Kira again. It also makes me wonder if Light, would L have pretended to be his friend, had ever remembered being Kira.

I assume that this takes place when Light "lost" his memories? Poor poor Light. Driven into a corner by L where he at first he likes him then he slowly starts to get hurt/annoyed and that becomes hate and hatred and murder. *shakes head* Absolutely brilliant.

wow, I love it! I like the way Light is kind of semi-concious of being kira at the end but doesn't say anything. By the way, is there a reason it's called oneiromancy? (I hope i'm not being extremely ignorant XD)

That was beautiful. You can feel Light's thoughts spinning into insanity, and the closeness between the L and Light is wonderful. You wrote it so that their relationship can't really be described without a lot of words. It seemed like Light, Kira, L, and Ryuzaki were all different people. The end made me get a little teary.

This is breathtakingly beautiful. I love the bookends, the palindrome- ish way Light describes Ryuzaki/L. The story moves so naturally that it catches the reader by surprise - when did Ryuzaki change into L?

The way it shifts between Light's thoughts and inner turmoil and his increasingly disturbing dreams is crafted so well and both characters are fleshed out marvelously. L with his need to verify that he's /right/ and Light with his tenuous grasp on reality and his suppressed darkness.

It really struck me, this piece.
