This is a lovely beginning to the story. I like how it is told in brief flashes from many different angles - like a "Prism.":) Seiran's ingenious move to cut himself out of the picture was inspired.

OMG! I love this Saiunkoku Monogatari too! Yea! I am so excited! I do love Shuurei and Ryuuki together but there is something about Seiran also that is so sweet! But I like how you handled him in your story to focus on S & R. I can't wait to read more!
