It's "douitashimashite" not "dooshimashite". Also "anou sa" may translate to "hey" in English but it's used to get someone's attention, not as a greeting. It can even be translated as "so" for when someone is stalling or stuttering, so saying "anousa again" doesn't make sense in the beginning of this chapter.

Please continue this story. I want Naruto got pregnant Sasuke's child. Make fugaku, mikoto and itachi surprised with this news.

Why do you write so many things in Japanese. This is an English fic?
