This was great. Loved the way he felt as he pulled up to the apartment and how he wanted to bind and gag Sam back into the life, but he couldn't. Then the 'call me', but 'come with me' was fantastic. Nice Dean centered story. You did well.

This was a wonderful companion piece to Stanford and Sam- I loved reading Dean's thoughts. The coffee comparison was a wonderful analogy of the boys. Well done! I'm still working through all your work- and having fun doing it! You are a wonderful writer and capture the boys so well! :0)

this bit with the coffee-Dean preferred to keep things simple in his life. He drank his coffee black, not with all the added crap Sam insisted on. As though coffee could speak volumes about their lives, Dean liked his coffee strong and unfussy. Whereas Sam added so much cream and sugar it was as if he was trying to hide the bitter taste, perhaps trying to convince himself he was drinking something sweeter.
