Good try, especially since it was during those episodes. It must have been truly hard for both of them to be seperated by their obligations. Though in a sense, Lelouch might have not only become Zero to fight against Britannia, but to also try and have Nunnally stop relying on him as vice versa.

You've really got Nunally's feelings I think. She can't /not/ have suspected just who Zero was, and I feel like you've captured how all she really needs is her brother beside her.

One thing - 'Onii-sama' might sound better as 'Brother' in this piece. It comes through better since 'onii-sama' is very respectful, and in english, calling one's sibling 'brother' or 'sister' gives off that sort of feel.
