Oh. My. God. This had me almost crying, I know it's early on but still! GAH! I have goosebumps *holds up arm* see! It's not freezing now! I'm not supposed to be getting goosebumps...jerk :)

Really, though, awesome first two chapters, I can't really find anything wrong except one letter.

I like your description and from what I've read so far. this seems like a promising adventure story. There are, however, a few complications that I feel needs editing.

For example, the cherry blossoms. Of course, there's nothing wrong with adding them to the story, but you should take into account that Cherry blossoms have a short lifespan that usually ends in late April. So, by the time summer (June) rolls around, the blossoms should be long gone and replaced by tiny little cherries.

Also, the Japanese schooling system is different from the western system. Summer Vacation tends to be short, sfarting sometime in late July or early August. If you want to give Kagome a three-month vacation, then it would be wiser to set her time in winter and Inuyasha's in Spring/Summer... just to avoid questioning from some people.

Nevertheless, as I've mentioned before, I do like the story so far. It has the beginning of a really good epic fantasy and I must add that your introductory statement has quite a hook.

So it has been ages since you updated this, but after reading this wonderfully thought out chapter I really don't feel much like complaining. InuYasha's usually one for letting out hurt through anger and rash actions, but to imagine him in tears like that makes me want to cry so badly T_T The poor, broken idiot. It's sniffle inducing stuff, your story, but the characters are depicted so well! I love how Inu doesn't seem to be giving up on Kagome any time soon - it's sad, but still sorta sweet how he's at such a loss without her. Might sound cruel, but he's getting a little taster of his own medicine, at least. I hope, when or if she comes back or they find her, he'll appreciate things more. Poor guy still, though; I want to jump right in that last chapter and give him a big hug! But that's Kags' job. Darn.

Hope you'll update soon - I'm still eager for more! And still curious as to what Shippou's up to...

This story is wonderful. Even though Inuyasha is the cause of all this drama there is the fact that Kagome is to sot and act out before she knows everything. ike with her running away she acys like the night is over when it had just begun she needs to slow her rol, but maye she needs this and he need this so that he can become the man she needs.

It was great, the subtle connection between the sad and impossible love story of the sun with the moon and Inuyasha and Kagome's difficult relationship. As if it was not enough, Inuyasha left with Kikyo for a very long time. It didn't take long for Kagome to lose her patience and believe that Inuyasha broke his promise. We can't blame her, his previous actions didn't really help. Who can blame her if she has enough and just wants to vanish from the surface of the earth? To forget the pain. The pain of an unrequited love. If only she knew...how much Inuyasha cares for her. Will he find her in time? Will he be able to make things right?

Wow, pretty drastic turn of events! Not that I'm complaining, InuYasha's little outburst at the end left me squealing hehe. It doesn't really matter if you take so long to update, it gives you something to look forward to and it usually makes for better and more thought out chapters. Though you know, fast updates are nice too. I absolutely ADORED this chapter! Can't wait to see how this will turn out ;D

Ahh it's really really good to see this story updated! I've been waitng to see what would happen next. It's such a good story, and it's nice to find one that uses an original idea that doesn't feel over used or cliche. But anyway, it was nice to see that Kagome reunited for her friends after so long. They all seemed happy to see her, which is good enough for me. It makes me feel happy for Kagome, considering all that happened between her and Inuyasha before. Speaking of which, I'm really curious as to where he is, or what his reaction to Kagome will be. The hanyou DID promise her he'd be back on the new moon, and he'd BETTER stick to it. Still, I also wonder what he's doing out with Kikyo. Hope you can update soon!

This part was really sad, but good. I like how inuyasha is realzing he miss Kagome and how Kagome is starting to question her decison. I like the ending, though it did seem a little sudden, thought not in a bad way. It's a great cliff hanger and I'm dieing to know what happen next. So far your doing really good, plz write more

I love this story but the last paragraph is a little confusing did Shippou walk into the future or did he follow the shimmer?
