I know this is almost 5 years old, but I thought it would still be nice to know that every time I get in the mood for Champloo, I seek out this story. It's beautiful, cute, so in character, and I love it.

Gah, I loved this one too! It was so masterfully done, it makes you wonder just why something so poignant wasn't a part of the show, too; you'd think they'd show some kind of soiling of Fuu, especially since she was so surrounded by violence all the time. It would have made her a deeper character, and you accomplished this wonderfully!

I loved how Jin knew exactly what to do, and Mugen didn't. I also love the subtle hints of romance, and how Jin was more of a father/brother figure. It was also cute how Mugen became so angry on her behalf when he saw her injuries, and when he was embarrassed because he had been the one to grab her.

Awesome one, again. You should write more Samurai Champloo!

Oh, this was really nice. I love the way you portrayed the relationships between all of them, and the fluff wasn't too much but was written well :D. Really enjoyed it.

The only thing I noticed was that you spelled Mugen with an 'a' instead of an 'e', but other than that it was really good.
