This was done really well. All the feelings were written out so vividly...And the lemon was also really steamy, too. ;D

draggy2 Seto's abuse in the manga is addressed, but the only thing I remember seeing of Joey's father is his boot, when the gang open the door to his apartment and the father throws a bottle at them. So there is no proof.

In my opinion his dad probably abused him in the past (not sexually, hopefully) but now Joey's strong as he doesn't have to take shit from him, he was a badass member of a freaking gang for christ sake, I think he's able to defend himself. Now Seto was just a little kid when his dad abused him, but I'm inclined to believe that Gozaburo's abuse were mental and psychological, not physical, even less sexual.

But of course, that's just my opinion.

I don't know what to tell you. This was the best fanfic I read this month, and that's saying a lot. Believe me. Pretty original and super hot, with a nice ending.

About Seto Kaiba's morals or lack thereof, well, that's how it is in the real world. It only made the story more real.
