I love DtB, and although in this particular fandom I'm not a big BL shipper (it's Hei X Yin for me), I just *love* the way you write. In this series of drabbles I've seen you move from drama, to humor, to angst, to smut with a virtuosity that you make look effortless!

Thank you so much for this DTB fanfic! I've been searching for a yaoi/BL pairing with Hei and always just find Hei x Yin...boring! If I wanted that, I'd watch the anime or read the manga. Anyway, I loved the pairing of Novemeber x Hei :) And how Mao was peeping! I wanted more though on how Novemeber really feels for Hei. And can both of them really shut off their emotions for one another and just be contractors? Will they eventually get a job that turns them against one another like in manga/anime and they'll have to face the decision to think rationally and kill one another? Well, I guess I just really wanted to see it go that way, but it was interesting and really well-written either way. Thanks for the good read :) I enjoyed it!

This is good! You got Mao's character really well- caught between distant fascination and honest emotion. Plus The Slash was nice.

these vignettes are very beautifully written, very poetic, some on the side of just tragic, whereas the earlier ones are slightly more comedic. i think you captured the tone of the characters very well, not to mention the all-too-sad world they exist in.

It's hard to find a good DtB story out there, and this one is like a diamond in the rough. Keep it up! I especially like the November/Hei stories. Absolutely Lovely. Haha.
