I liked it... I love abused Sirius stories. They're just... awesome, there's no other word for it. But you should probably put in a child abuse warning and maybe change the rating to T(?)

Personally, I don't think Sirius would allow his parents to abuse him physically, and I doubt the haughty Blacks would bother with belts when you have wands, more like imprisonment, maybe. I'm intrigued by your writing of Regulus and Sirius though.

There are just a few stories, that are very well writenn in this theme, and yours is one of them, and I should know, I was looking for fics like this for ages!

It's not cliche, you don't exagerate, you have done a really good job! I like the moment when Sirius changed his room, I was affraid, that you have forgotten, that his room was in Griffyndor style.. And the brother- moment was good to!
