And how the conversation started and Dean was frantically trying to piece together what Sam was saying in the broken apologies. And then how he realized what was really going on. And the flashback worked well. And yes, good first chapter. Now on to see how this gets resolved. |

| ziggy.uk chapter 2 . 12/5/2011 Loved this optional chapter. Dean patching Sam up and realising Sam was carrying guilt too from their dad's possession, the crash and his death. Again loved the little flashback with a young Sammy jumping in mud! Perfect ending, Dean putting Sam's set of car keys on the nightstand next to him, with Winchesters actions speak louder than words and that said it all. Yet another fave fic. |
| ziggy.uk chapter 1 . 12/5/2011 OMG Sammy damaged the Impala! Can imagine how sorry he was when he phoned Dean but Dean's main concern would always be for his little brother and Sammy is injured. The Impala is his baby but Sammy comes first. Loved the little flashback about the jacket too. |
