Good story... huh, although I don't think it's possible for Matsumoto and Hitsugaya to never argue again, I like the seriousness.

I'm happy that Hitsugaya is more relaxed now. I really don't like Hitsugaya-whumping fanfics unless the ending is good so usually I read these fanfics all the way so I can come to the ending of the story and read on a peaceful moment, the time when Hitsugaya finally moves on...it makes me happy to move he's moving on. Even if this was for Kellen, thanks for the awesome oneshot, I love it XD (especially the ending) !XD

I swear...you keep popping up in all my favorite fandoms. It is always fun to see a familiar face. Anyways, wonderful story. The characters were believably portrayed in their words and their reactions. The language was crisp and well done. Nothing in there that distracted me and I am usually picky because I am a creative writing major. The seen and the emotions were described with finesse. It was well done on the whole. I liked the concept of the ice dragon being intertwined with Toshirou's soul.

I really would love to know how Gin came back. I was not expecting to see him. I am sure there would be quite a story behind that. For a second, I thought he was going to wake up and all of it would simply have been a nightmare. Oh well. Twists are fun.

So glad you're posting again! And what a story! Gin faked his death? Is he really honestly dead now? I hope so! He is so smarmily evil.

Beautiful writing style as always. I think you do just fine in the present tense and you're the best at portraying the Hitsugaya/Matsumoto relationship believably and in character.

One weird thing though, when you italisized words it sometimes ate the space between the italisized word and the word right next to it. Did Quickedit strike again?

The pain of loss...

You done a pretty good job of displaying that emotion in the characters since your fic is set decades in the future.

This gives off the atmosphere of "Diamond Dust rebellion" though it has different people as the adversary.
