Sam being strangled multiple times in one story? Yes, please! I love the little details you add to the story, like Sam's tousled hair falling across his forehead and Dean's love for diners with animals on them. I also love the Big Brother Radar knowing that Sam is starting to get sick before Sam knows it himself. And Dean comforting Sam as he struggles to breath after the last strangulation was absolutely perfect. I loved everything about this story!

Then sound and sight began to fade, and in a last burst of rational thought, Sam wondered how mad Dean would be that he'd managed to get himself killed by his own clothing in the john.

Oddly enough, he hadn't considered the possibility of Sam getting hanged in the bathroom.

"You sound like jerk."

Dean always thought he could do anything.

Of course the hunt wouldn't be over and the second ghost would come find them a state over to take Sam out... or try three separate times. Geez, obsessive much? But Dean was always there. And you got some really good lines in this one. :)

Great tag and loved how you continued the story. Haha, the diner should have been called Piggy Sue's with the big pink pig on the roof! Love how Sam still felt something was off, and he was right when the ghost of Marion Greeley attacked him in the bathroom. Thank goodness Dean was so attuned to his brother's every noise and just knew something was up! Just knew Sam would get out of the car when Marion's ghost appeared to go after Dean, trap or not he could not take the risk of her strangling his brother. Great ending, sick and injured Sam and Dean doing one of the things he does best, taking care of his little brother!

This has been one of my favorites for a while. Choking!Sam is probably a big reason for that, as well as Dean's frantic attempts to keep Sam breathing. I loved the salt shower; and your description of Sam trying to breathe. As always, your details and descriptions bring such life to the story.
