Just read both "Sweet dreams" and "The Memory Remains" and I really liked them. The whole SPR gang was in character and I also enjoyed the balance between the cases and the 'domestic' life. One didn't overpower the other in my opinion. Also just had to read the last few chapters tonight even though I have a 19 hour drive to suffer through tomorrow, but at least I even have a solid 6,5 hours to spend in the dream land. :D so gotta go and get some sleep still before that :D loved it! Thank you!

I am thankful to you husband for having encouraged you to post this. I took great pleasure reading Sweet Dreams and The Memory Remains. How you depicted Naru, Mai and Lin was great (the others too but to a less degree we'll say), and I loved their relationships. I love Gene so I really enjoyed the plot too. Anyway, thank you for sharing this with us, avid Ghost Hunt's fanfic lovers.

Wow, wow, so long since I last read a Ghost Hunt fic. Sad how things get away from you, but in a way I'm happy because it enabled both Sweet Dreams and this story to finish before I started over from the beginning. Love both fics, they were always top favorites of mine and remain so! Ah, I miss our intrepid SPR crew. Thank you so much for sharing this story and for keeping with it!

thank you for this sequel man. Like honestly I've given up on many ghost hunt fanfics ever having good sequels, if they had any in the first place, but this one... this one is so satisfying. thank you. THANK. YOU.

A lovely ending.

What a lovely ending! I love the way the chapter starts out with Mai meeting Gene, and him telling her that Naru was back in Japan. It was great to see everyone in the office (especially the interactions between my favorites, hehe) and I love this open-ending continuation. It does feel like SPR and Ghost Hunt will just continue forever, even if we're not there to watch every case and development ourselves.

I know what you mean about wanting to go back and fix continuation issues or discrepancies (I feel the same way, in my own writings) but I'm glad you didn't worry about it and just continued forward. It's just details anyway. At the core of it is your writing and your ideas, and that's what has been such a joy to read and follow. Thank you for sharing your story with us, and spending so much time and effort to do so!

That's a really great ending for your work! it was really great XD and yes, with the way things are going with the manga/light novels done by the awesome Fuyumi Ono chances are that's just how things are going to be with our awesome gang...completely open ended. Buuuuuuuut yeah...anyway. Thanks for sharing your wonderful idea with us and tell your husband that a few of us are really glad that he forced you to get it out there. I haven't been there from the beginning, but I have been constantly looking forward to the continuations once I did get into it. It's been awesome and I'm really glad that you shared.

I like the way you ended this a lot. Mai and Naru's POV on his return and the reactions were really well done as always. While I have seen the movie and I'm intrigued but the idea of them taking that one on, ending with them beginning with another case to show their story goes on really works.

I hope that you do decide to write again because you have gift for telling a story that shouldn't be abandoned. Thank you for a great story. I really enjoyed every chapter.
