I have no clue about the others.. but I am expecting much of this... and 'That Place' is an interesting thing that fits the Negima World...

Best part is you made him an imperfect OC very nice. Flawed, but skilled in his own area of expertise.

Can't say for sure who the villain is though. However I almost pity him when Eva, Asuna, and the rest of 3A learn what he did to Negi. Of course getting revenge would be difficuilt if this guy is dangerous as claimed.

Hope to see some good interaction between Negi and his students as your story progresses very few are good in that area.
