Holy cow, what a fantastic idea to have Sam leap into a Klingon! It's hilarious! I especially loved the part when Sam first sees Worf's reflection in the window and I almost fell of my chair laughing when Al and Dr. Beeks were talking to the real Worf. Good for them that Sam leaped into the only Klingon in Starfleet and not into one less patient with the human race. The conversation with Data was also very interesting, I would have loved to read more of it. BTW, what was is that Sam needed to fix in Worf's life in the end? He obviously leaped out!
I also loved that he finally returned home in your story.

Haha! Great story! I read the summary and the first thought that went through my head was 'Oh boy, this oughta be good'. :) I liked it a lot, the only thing that bugged me was the occasional odd spelling. But otherwise, Wonderful! Thanks for writing. ]

Though I am not a fan of sicience fiction, I find this storyline intriguing! Sam leaping into a Klingon? :O I can honestly say nobody has ever done that before!

Some problem with Ziggy being the first ship's computer- Ziggy was sentient, ship's computers weren't.

It's a very good story, good plot twists, however you have one typo:

I really liked most of this story, but I have to say the ending sound like you wrapped it up quickly to end the story. It could have gone on for one or two more chapters.

I like the thought that Project Quantum Leap became the bases of the science of Star Fleet. Itis a wonderful possibility.
