What a great alternate version of what MIGHT have happened. You had me worried there for a second thinking it was a death fic with no warning given for it, but you fixed it, LOL. As a result, all the wonderful pain and emotion of a badly hurt Sammy with none of the actual death! Great story!

Let's hope he doesn't change his mind by morning lol!

AH! Loved it! Dialect was SPOT ON(Which doesn't happen very often, pisses me off so much when people can't get it right). Writing was awesome and the story was amazing even thought it was a little on the short side.

That was awesome! I loved it and I don't think John was out of character at all. He would have been really shaken up by all of that for sure. You rock!

I loved how this was done. Though it sucked that Sam had to die, if only in dreamland, in order for John to see reason and let him go. You wrote this wonderfully well, and I must say I did enjoy reading this angsty little AU. Fabulous job! :)

Okay, now I feel kinda dumb, cause the titel really says it all already - but until the moment, when Mary arrived I was convinced that sams dying was real - nearly broke my heart btw ;)

OMG Don't EVER do that again! God that scared me so much! I was like "WHY? NOT SAMMY!" You got me good with that one. SHEESE it was just a dream or was it? I mean it was probably like Mary warning John that his baby could in fact die if he kept being so damn selfish. That was gut wrenching. Excellent Job!
