Wow. Just- Wow. That was by *far* the best SotC fic I've ever read.

Your writing is spellbinding, still and timeless, and so perfectly captures the feel of the whole game. This look at Mono and the child is so compelling and feels so true to the spirit of the games; it's going to be hard for me to keep this from becoming part of my headcanon.

So tragic, so twisted, I love it. :] Not many people take on the issues you brought up in this story and I think you pulled them off wonderfully. Now I haven't played Ico yet but the ending of this made me think Mono became the Queen... Again, fantastic story.

Gorgeous imagery; it really captured the more haunting, eerie undertones of the game. The memories of Mono's past are very believable and fit into the flow of the story wonderfully.
