Please kill me now,this story is so sad. Because they cannot be reconciled because voldy,the mad man. the drama ia so good and better than original book. It' making sense in the book if this story is Canon,because it's explain why he loathed Harry in school so much. But i know it's just wishful thinking :(

I have to say it never occurred to me that Severus's attitude towards Lily after 5th year might be anger and rudeness. But it makes sense. I can see how that could be. It's a very good defense mechanism and explains how come he didn't shape up and win her love again before that fateful night with Voldemort. And the fact that she's dating James Potter is another very legitimate reason to be angry.
Also can I say thank you for not intrudicong any OCs? Just the concept of an older brother which is honestly very original and not overdone. Thanks and keep writing;!

To be honest, I’ve been reading a Long Road Home for a while now and loved your style of writing. So I was reading this fic while waiting for the other one to be updated. Basically just so time goes faster between updates. Turns out I f**ked myself over because i gave myself another fan fic to cry about :(

So sad for Severus. And for everyone. James will always know that she married him only for the child sake. That to Lily he was the 2nd choice. Lily will always think if only... and Severus will never be happy.
