Very well written - the jumps between past ad present kept this fast paced but still full of emotion. Best of all, IMO, is how you keep them true to character even though the plot separates them from their usual roles... truly a pleasure to read, thank you ]

aw... I really liked this. 3 It was completely original and the use of the myth with the story was a unique twist. And the scenes with Narumi and Raidou are cute too.

I'm loving the way you fit the fox tale in with Raidou. (GAH! I'm so curious now I need to look it up more!) and the scene shifts between the game-time and the past are, imo anyway, smooth and introspective. It's like you're slowly giving us some puzzle pieces.

Or maybe that's just me because I'm slow to unravel plots if not aided. XD

I adore Narumi san, and I like any kind of an insight into his past/personality. The whole thing with Raidou is just... an adorable and much loved unique added bonus.
