We, the readers have to wonder: Just what was it Snape realized at the end? What did he learn from that spell that we the audience shouldn't know yet for plot reasons? I have faith (well, reasonable expectation based on evidence) it was/is something quite fascinating.

If we are supremely fortunate, you will have the chance and take it to finish this fascinating story. If not, then I'll add it to the list I (hopefully) get to check back on in heaven. But a thin hope is far better than none!
