It is very well written!but I think Philostrate is a rank not a name, and The roll can really be played by either gender. One of my bffs (who is a girl) played that roll but she also doubled as Puck.

Actually, Lysander, *I* played the Philostrate in my school's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream; and I'm a girl. I was in love with Theseus and ended up with Flute.

Philostrate is supposed to be a man...
