It's a big tearjerker. Listening to kurama view seeing his sorrow hit deeply. How regrets remain for a long time to come. Some sorrow and grief remains till the end of your days.
Hope this kurama gets a head sometime somewhere.

Great story. Very sad, but extremely well written. I am convinced it was Hiei. I know all the mushy stuff doesn't sound like him, but this is the him after Kagome melted his heart. It would also explain the references to fire and ice. I am also convinced that, him being a demon and all, he lives long enough to meet with her incarnate and fall in love with her again. But, it's not like InuYasha and Kikyo because Kagome got to keep her memories. Please excuse me, i am a hopeless romantic. Good job, once again.
