Yeah...me and needles...um...well...let's just say when I was 8 my mother had to apologize to four nurses after I attacked them when they tried to hold me down to give me a shot...

In my defense: I have good reason to be afraid! When I was 5 a male nurse, named Bubba, jabbed around in my arm for thirty-five minutes because he, "couldn't find the vein and I wouldn't stop squirming and crying." Remember here, I was five, dehydrated, and he smelled like smoke which does NOTHING for asthma. Sorry...that's my little explanation for why I would act like Ashiya.

This was really sweet! I feel Mizuki-chan's pain! Being a girl sucks enough without being sick when you get your monthly gift (why is it called that, anyway? I certainly don't want it, therefore, it's not really a gift at all...or if it is, it's like those crappy gifts like socks or underwear that some relative is always insisting on buying).

Wow...I really digressed here...guess I shouldn't review when tired.

Oh well! This was a really great story, and it is so going on my favorites!

I found one error that caught my eyes... to be bemused is to be confused... so the sentence:

“Ah, so that’s it” the older man said bemusedly. “That makes a little more sense.”

Is complete contradictory ... how could he be confused (bemused) and yet find something make sense? Ya know? I just thought I’d let ya know!
