Aww... - First Beckett and Elizabeth with flirting then somehow he turned cold, darn you for changing that! This was a great chapter, but i do like the two royal navy soldiers pretending to be pirates. I hope everything works out for them. I liked this chapter a lot!

I definitely love the way you started this story. I am hoping when I read further into this story, more Beckett will be present, and with Elizabeth. I know it a very odd couple, that's my weakness. About your writing - you still got it! It's weird, more writers can't keep my interest for too long before I start to get bored, but you have no trouble in that department. Your style is very simple, but holds so much. And the pirate dialogue is great!

And cliffhangers are always a good sign that the next chapter is going to be even better than the last. I'm very excited to know what happened with Jack and Beckett. i am sure hoping that this story leans to Liz/Beck rather then Liz/Jack. But I am not going to shut it and continue reading.

I realize that the new sequel has already started, so this will be late.

I would like to see an appearance from Will. Elizabeth's husband. The baby's father. Does she even remember him?

I don't like this Elizabeth. It amazes me how quickly she forgets that she's married to another man, absent though he may be. She shows absolutely no respect for him or their marriage.

I would like to see Will released. Because, unfortunately I sometimes think, he's got the character to remain true and faithful to her, and love her, although I'm beginning to wonder why. I honestly don't think that Elizabeth deserves him. And I think he deserves to be free of her, so that he can move on to someone else. After all, it's not only men who die at sea.

7) I would really love to see Beckett and Elizabeth get together- you have fleshed out their characters and the way that started to like each other so convincingly- it will be a shame if they do not fall in love. Besides, there will now be an added dimension that you can explore: e.g. Elizabeth's guilt, Beckett's fear of being vulnerable in love- I would love to see your take on it!
