You should make this into a larger, more fleshed out story. It works well as a summary and it has a lot of promise for more. My main criticism is that he doesn't let Hermione or Ron know that he's okay and there's no mention of Dumbledore searching for him. Just a short blurb to that effect would've helped that aspect. Otherwise a great short look at something that could be truly excellent with a deep dive!

This was great! There was a real actual relationship! Good job!

I can't possibly imagine why Harry would want to leave a place where he is safe and appreciated, to return to a place he was abused, reviled, and treated like a monkey in a zoo.

Nice one-shot, although the end felt rushed and ended more quickly than I expected (I thought Harry and Fleur would admit their feelings under more... romantic circumstances rather than when Harry realises he needs to go back) but I still liked it nonetheless

Not a bad story. However, I have to ask, does it have a sequel? I ask because it ends kind of abruptly.

Good story here, Harry and Fleur are really cute. I like how you used the idea of life debt, but only as a catalyst to Harry and Fleur's relationship, not the fundament of it, forcing them to marry would have been cliche. How Harry decided he'd had enough and ran off the France is cleverly designed, it makes sense that way, Harry finally realizing how unfairly he's been treated in Britain. This could be the blueprint for a good novel length story, there are simply many things that can be explored and being AU the author has plenty of freedom to direct the course of the war. Good job!
