There are many elements of this that I liked. I liked the structure of it, but some of your verbage comes off as a little pretentious. Seemed to distract rather than add.

oh my geebus.. lol I loved it. The way you described his feelings were perfect as well and I'm so glad that Eowyn did not kiss him back. It was perfectly cannon of the two characters.

This is pretty damn awesome. I love the little "incident" between Grima and Eowyn and their thoughts about each other. You have lots of nice vocabulary in here, too, but sometimes it feels like you're using big words just because you can. Also, you switch back and forth between present and past tense. Try and watch for that. Otherwise, excellent work! Favoriting this one!
