I really enjoyed reading this story. As for where it can go, maybe Sokka rejects Zuko and Zuko tries his damnedest to woo him? Just a very broad idea. I just want to see it continue!

I like the concept of this story a lot.

I like your story and wish you'd continue. I've read a few of your other fanfics and really like your style of writing as well as your handle on the characters. As for ideas...hmmm...

For one, I think not a kiss. Not yet any way. Sokka could mistake the "predatory" behavior as trying to scare him into telling him about Aang. He could yell at Zuko, refuse to be treated as a guest, and go back to his cell. Zuko would be hurt, confused, and angry at Sokka and even more at himself for caring.

Second thought: I think there should be more building of a friendship before any romantic inclinations are brought out on Sokka part at the very least. So far Sokka hasn't had any such thoughts and he is still not over Yue. When he does develop feelings he could feel like he is betraying her. Confusion of happiness now or living in the past. Obvious confusion on a switch of gender preference. Does all the little things he is noticing as his sight clears up and they get closer mean that he likes him or just that they could possibly be friends? Zuko obviously already is having romantic thoughts and could either try to deny it (bu Uncle see though it) or he could seek out help with how to control the emotion, what to do so he doesn't scare off his friend, how to regain his honor when his heart is telling him to go another way. It would hurt Sokka to catch his friend, the Avatar.

Then maybe...Aang and Katara should rescue Sokka before he makes any concrete decisions or decides on how he feels. This would leave it open for a lot of confusion and trying to sort out his feelings while his sister and friend worry about him. Maybe Zuko could let him escape when his friends come confusing him more. Even better if he spots Appa calling out his name, the fake name of a parent, and fills Zuko's mind with more confusion and worry about his sanity. After letting him go, Zuko could get more confused, angry, firing off at any/everyone.

I like the idea of using meat as a peace offering. Sokka could try to refuse at first, but he can't hold out forever. Maybe Zuko could even try to get him an new boomerang at some point. That would be a fun shopping scene with or without Sokka tagging along. They should at least be on good terms by then though. Maybe getting it while Sokka is gone, rescued by his sister and Anng. Who knows?

Right now Zuko looks like he's coming on to Sokka x'D so i dunno. it seemed like he'd try to kiss him. *shrugs*

I hadnt expected Sokka to get his sight back so soon. :o I thought that hed be a few chapters away from bein able to see and that thered be more Sokka/Lee bondin before it happened. anyway, I hope you do continue this stotry.

Yes, Zuko is finally making his own choices and even better, it's to help someone else! Specifically Sokka! As for how the plot should go, if Zuko let Sokka go, or helped him in some way, it'd probably come back to screw him over with his family (maybe a not-so-loyal soldier reporting back to daddy, or Azula finding out?) which may or may not lead to Zuko (and possibly Iroh, depending on if he pulls an "I'll hold them off!") having to abandon the mission and run. Which could lead to him joining the Gaang. *shrug* Just some ideas. Hope you get some inspiration!
