You wished to have Lullabyes magical way with words, well I believe you attained that and surpassed it all in one fell swoop. When I read a Saya Haji Romance story this is exactly what I am looking for, in the build up to the actual event. And this story delivers with great build-up and just being all around great.

I feel the same way too about Haji! 30 years of waiting in exchange for Saya being awake, for what... only 2 - 3 years? Yeah, that was really insane... to the point it's bittersweet and lovely in its ugliness. And of course, your piece was lovely too! Haji's really bottled with decades of frustration I'm surprise no one has yet to write him being mad... but I guess, that could be taken into years of practice and adapting... still, poor Haji ):
