She should have hexed them! Or something else that would really bother Petunia like put a charm on the flower beds so that everything planted there will die. Rearrange everything in the cabinets while they are asleep. Take the labels off all the tins. Put dragon dung in bed with them as they sleep. Hit Vernon's car engine with blast of magical energy which should short out the computer and possibly other things that will mystify a mechanic. Come back one a week and do something else to them just as they are getting over the last thing. It would drive them mad! Plus, who are they going to complain to? The police? They'd think they were crazy!

Great little piece to supplement your bigger works but I have to ask, why wasn't Bronwyn invited? I mean by this point in the timeline she played a major role in Ginny's coming of age and she had been with the family before. I'd it just that Charlie hadn't confirmed they are together?

You know, I always wondered what Ginny would do to the Dursleys. I never really bought the redeamed Pertunia or Dudley stories. I don't know why exactly, but this confrontation isn't all that satisfying either. Maybe I need death or dismemberment; thinking about the implicit and explicit child abuse makes me want to shriek!
