I love that you wrote Ajax before Disney's Tangled came out lol. Sure Disney has done the like before, but never quite like their Maximus. Maybe someone there liked your idea and incorporated it?
I kid as i'm sure it was long in the works, and is similar to other ideas they've used, but I joke kindly only because of how much I enjoy your horse character, especially at the end of this chapter! Rotflmao!

Totally enjoyed this story! I'm a die-hard Twilight fic reader, but I did love Tin Man when it first came out. Love these C/DG love stories! (But I'm old, so I skimmed over most of the lemons, just like I do w/Twilight lemons.) Thanx for sharing!

LOVING the story so far!

I really liked this. I've read a lot of your newer/shorter fics and really like those. I'll review them when I get a chance. Anyway, like I said - I really liked this one. There were a couple parts that went too fast that didn't seem to resemble DG or Cain but it still worked out in the end. Plus, I do realize this is an older fic and I totally have the same problems in mine that I posted way back in '08 lol. For an overall look at your stories I really love how you portray DG and Cain. I don't like it when authors make the characters completely unlike themselves, but you've done a super job on keeping them themselves while still introducing them to new situations. I could see the quality in writing get better as you wrote this story, and btw you're my favorite author so far in writing Tin Man fiction. Plus I love DG and Cain together lol! But one thing I've noticed in the stories I've read (8 of your 16 Tin Man ones) there seems to be a shortage in your secondary characters. In shorter pieces of fiction I completely see the irrelevance for needing to expand on secondary characters - (and keep in mind I totally intend to read the rest of your longer works of fiction) - but at least in this story I wished you'd expanded a little more on Jeb and Az and other things happening in the story. Sometimes it just seems like Az or Jeb or others are there to add a quick bit of humor or help DG, but I'd really love to see some more sister/sister and father/son bonding moments in your longer fics. That's what makes not only your secondary characters become more important to your readers, but also it gives you a chance to expand your main character in a different way that can then help a reader identify differently with your story.

Hmm... Sorry lol! Didn't mean to just spout that off like that. Once I start talking it's hard for me to stop sometimes haha. Either way, thank you for posting so many awesome stories about DG and Cain. They're probably my OTP lol!

I just have one little bone to pick with you. When we meet Cain's father he tells us that he was working on Ambrose's farm raising the horses, which is fine if it happens after Cain got locked in the tin suit and Glitch got his brain taken out. If Cain's father was working on the farm before that though, then Cain would have met Ambrose before, because they lived in the same area, but the original storyline doesn't agree with that.

If he was still working on the farm during the time this story took place then why didn't Ambrose let Cain know that his father was working there?

It's just too convenient that Cain's father happens to work on the horse farm that is owned by Ambrose

Thoroughly enjoyable!

I read this beginning to end in like 3 hours and I'm in love. What a creative idea and seriously...smut in almost every chapter? I still haven't fully recovered from that. Amazing.
