I could definitely see Valera as the Christmas spirit of the bunch.

Nicely written, even if the surprise angst wasn't expected. I guess that's why its' a surprise. :p

Aww Jodie, you make me want to cry, but in a good way :)- you took those obscure elements and worked them in a angsty fic, it was brilliant, and I really hope there's another part to this because I'd love to see a happy ending :D

Awesome! I loved it! It flowed so well, it didnt even seem like you were writting it to fit in the elements! Tenerife is just about hot enough for me, if i go in the summer it kills me, i went to florida twice in the summer and i remember it was stupidly hot, i couldnt live in it! This was so good! I love how you did just make them 'decide to be together'. This was so realistic in terms of the show right now, and I could totally see it happening. I loved how true you were to Eric's character, especially at the very end how he was saying "I won’t cry. You cry for loss and I have not lost her yet.(etc)"... So beautiful and so Eric. Great Job and Merry Xmas!
