forgive me if im wrong, but since Harry didn't use the gryffindor sword to stab the basilisk, the sword didn't absorbed basilisk venom does it? so it shouldn't have been capable of destroying the hocrux.
I'm merely curious as it really irritates me to see Dumbledore easily destroy Voldie's soul (hocrux) one by one
