I like the idea of Christine's brother. That's very unique. Usually when Christine has a brother he's really protective and hates anyone who gets near her.

Okay, you can't start this awesome fanfic that I only just discovered and not update in almost two months. Please continue soon, I'm dying to know what happens! I'm a sucker for modern day phics, and this is the first really good one I've read in a long time.

Oh, my! That is frightening, creepy and intensely erotic all at the same time. I'm enjoying the story very much and it was great to have an update.

Because it's been so long I went back and re-read the whole thing, and found a glitch: You used "chords" when you meant "cords"-she plays chords on the guitar but winds up the electrical cords. So when you had her coiling the electrical chords I couldn't figure out what was happening until I realized the mistake. It's easy to do, but in this case it pulled me right out of the story; you might want to go back and edit it, or at least keep it in mind.

Other than that, the story is superb and intriguing. The Girys are not friends of Erik's, or at least they are much less helpful to him than in other versions, and Raoul isn't a complete dolt. Nice work.

Yes, long is my preference in both cases, but, sometimes we have no choice in the matter. LOL

This was a very sexy chapter from Christine's point of view. Raoul on the other hand saw his way to rebel slipping away and his getting what he desired and wanted being taken from him by someone totally invisible to him. That had to hurt more.

Giry saw her life change in a blink of an eye. Her dreams for her daughter's career were going up in smoke with every wrong move she took. Now that the Phantom knew the score, things would really change for her. Just what would he do to her and her daughter? Was Meg in on this or was it all her mother's doing? He has taken Christine away and Raoul is very worried at this point. More questions will pop into my head as I think on it. More please.

I know I compliment your little guitar details after every chapter, but I'm afraid I'll have to heap another one into the pile.

And, of course, the Phantom still makes me giggle and swoon. Wouldn't we ALL love to bend his strings?

I like how original it is (the whole guitar thing has really piqued my interest) and it's the first modern time story I've read of Phantom that's good! I can't wait till you update.
