You're story was the l loved it

This whole story was disturbing but really powerful, as well. Adding the support group was amazing. Hearing just a brief snippet of each of their stories. Well handled and the relationship between Morgan and Garcia helped to ease the horror of the entire situation.

It's a pity we don't get to read what will happen to Antonio in general population of a federal prison. He has it coming.

Aww, I love this story!

It's written pretty realistic, and because I also wondered why we never hear anything about her brothers... I mean, we've seen Hotch's family, Derke's family, Emily's mother, Elle's father, Reid's mother... We know Gideon has a son and, if I remember correctly, Rossi has been married three times. But there's no mention of Garcia's family anywhere but in that episode with the child pornography thing - at least, as far as I remember.

Ok, that was way too long. I guess what I wanted to say is that I really, really liked this. I wondered at first whether you'd include Derek's abuse as well, because I think that if he heard about anyone else being abused his mind would undoubtedly go back to what he has been through. Therefore, I was pretty surprised when he talked about himself at the meeting. I think that chapter was my favourite...

As much as I hate hearing about Pen in any kind of pain, I have to say this story was wonderful. Great job.

I read this before, but apparently I didn't review. Anyway, it is wonderful and intense and sad. I'm glad Derek is able to help her cope, and his family is good to her.

I liked the meeting for survivors-sometimes just having people around that understand helps.

That was a great ending. Lots of closure for everyone.

I've never been a victim of abuse and I know I'm incredibly lucky for that, but I am very vocal about other's rights, especailly since I work with children with special needs. I've seen too much of it and it's heavy on my mind whenever I see a bump, bruise or a nasty comment coming from the ones around these children that should be loved, chrished and protected.

I understand why some people think they may need to stay in those situations and that it may happen to me someday. I just hope that those people that are know that they can leave, that it can get better and that they aren't "worthless" or "dirty".

Thank you for writing a story about this. I feel it's important for others to know that they aren't alone and that abuse (physical, mental, emtotional, etc.) should not and can not be tolerated.

YES! Go Derek! That creep certainly deserved a lot worse but, for Derek's sake, I think you stopped the beating at a good point. The jerk just wasn't worth the trouble...
