That was adorable. Chuck finally admitting his feelings for Blair was just right. I also like how he compared how he felt about her to how Nate treated her. C and B were also very in character and true to themselves. The title went right along with the story. I can already see Nate as the new Lonely Boy.

Yay, the scarf! I really like the "spotted in the park" part. Where's the "Xoxo, Gossip Girl" though?

Also one teensy grammar mistake: It never did occur to anyone that the reason for the way he was behaved... (take out the 'was')
