Fast Frank chapter 20 . 3/31/2015 If iron has a magical saturation effect similar to magnetic saturation, would it be possible to build a magical equivalent of a magnetic amplifier? |
Fast Frank chapter 19 . 3/31/2015 A FFXI veteran would say of the elemental summoning demon, "What a maroon! summoning an air elemental at a glacier." Omake: Ranma addressed Arkus with an ironic smile, "Thank you, Lord Arkus, for sending the elementals to assist in my training." Arkus could manage only an inarticulate scream of frustration, as the water in the scrying basin exploded into steam. |
Fast Frank chapter 17 . 3/31/2015 It was stated at the beginning of the story that Ranma is seven years old, thus already in his eighth year. Note to aspiring authors: To avoid confusion, avoid changing conventions. (exception: The confusion of CHARACTERS using different conventions is a plot point.) |

mikebreslau chapter 21 . 8/3/2005 Not a great story, but a very good one indeed. I liked it very much. Beginning writers (and I am guilty of this too) have a tendency to make their protagonists too strong - with the result that there is no credible challenge or even conflict possible. This weakens the plot sometimes. I would like to see how it comes out. I'd almost offer to write the remainder, but that would be presumtious. thanks for posting, Mike |
mikebreslau chapter 11 . 7/28/2005 I don't like sword-and-sorcery medieval fantasy, as a rule. I like his one very much indeed. I am particularly pleased with the depiction of a pure heart, a benign innocence. Thanks for contributing. Mike |
Mine-Master chapter 1 . 2/18/2005 DUDE! This is like the best Ranma 1/2 i think i have ever read...i've read this cover to cover prob 3-4 times now and it still rocks! Here's my first Review and I hope you write more stories like this one it kicks ass! |
Kierkanstarfire chapter 16 . 1/9/2004 this has possibly been my most enjoyable reading exp. to date on and i have been reading for two years now. I would buy this book in hardback if it were published. I would consider revising it and sending it to a publisher. It is well worth the effort in my opinion. |
Stratagemini chapter 21 . 9/13/2003 Great story. |
