Well, my hands are clapping - a good storyline. But, always know aout me - I am never comfortable with Beth Turner becoming a Vampire. Isee, Josef sees, and the Vampire Council sees the value of Beth remaining a mortal - she is their eyes and ears into the motral world around them and will always keep The Secret of their existence.

I just finished watching Moonlight and am completely in love with it. FF was the first I sought out, and I am so glad that I found yours! Your writing is crisp, emotional, and poignant. I SO liked this story! I liked that each of them had their moments of unguarded lust for one another, and then withdrew from taking the thoughts and actions any further.

Mick seemed to have the hardest time controlling his feelings for Beth, and even fantasized about a future with her, but with himself as mortal rather than her becoming a vampire.

Beth on the other hand, had similar thoughts, yet she could see herself as *both* woman or vampire in his world. And didn't see why there couldn't be some way to make it work for them.

I hope you have a lot more of these type stories tucked away!

You should write a sequel about her talking to him about it. I may be a hopeless romantic but it is just an idea. You really are good at getting the two of them down. I may be nuts, but this one seems to have a quality about it. It could go on and have them talking about it for once.
