Okay, so... having gotten this far without stopping (oops), I have to say that not only am I thoroughly impressed with the story itself, but the notes as well! I've always been intrigued by classical Rome, by which I do mean this, the transitional period from Republic to early Empire. But for you to so perfectly make these five seem as though they belong, while still maintaining the essence of their origins? That has my mind blown for creating a cohesive big slice of what the world might have looked like in 12AD. The coming together of such diverse languages and backgrounds is exciting in any context - but this? The history nerd that I didn't know was living in my heart is busy screaming. In Latin.

Wow, this was a really good fic. I love how much effort you put into the historical accuracy, and how much care you took with the characterizations. I also love that it was a Gundam Wing fic that wasn't slash-I've been looking for some but they're very elusive. Thank you for writing this, and good job.

This is very good, from what I know of history this is stop on and well very research as is the use of historic words and language (My Desertion for my BA was on Ancient Celtic and Roman metal work) Your writing style is very descriptive and also well written which also adds a depth to your story.

As to the story, by starting with background and culture, and how the boy end up together you have set up the background for the story by doing this you have adds depth to your story, which as the chapter unfold and the story develops you as a writer have held (my)the reader interest.

I think that you have created a story that has a lot of potential for the later parts i.e. sequel and I look forward to reading them, thank you for your hard work.

Rereading this story, again. It's always magical to me every time I read it... I just love the historical facts mixed with my favorite characters. It's such an amazing story

Interesting story and well researched. I liked that you didn't just research things for their shock value, though there were a few factoids designed to make your readers squirm. A genuine effort to write something based in reality and I thoroughly enjoyed it as someone who studied classical history at university. I think I saw on your profile page that there was more to this now so I'll be looking into that next. Excellent job.

As I said over at Muse Bunny, this is incredible. It really draws you in and leaves you craving for more, and that kind of hold is hard to find in any story, fanfic or original published work.

The history is accurate and presented in an interesting way. You've intertwined said history and culture with the original order of the Gundam Wing universe quite beautifully.

All in all, this story easily makes my top five list. Amazing work and I can't wait to devour more of this!

Oh, this story is really good. I like the way you've managed to come up with reasonable explanations for the personalities that fit well into the time period. Your reasearch also shows in that you make it believable without it feeling like a history lecture. I look foward to your next update.
