By far, this has to be my favorite chapter. Keep the humor girl because that is definitely your strongest point right now. In fact, I don't see how you can't combine both drama and humor, hm? I will start from the beginning though.

Ch.1:
Starting from chapter 1 and onwards, there were a few misspellings, a few missing words, and some spontaneous genderbending here and there - not enough to detract from the story of course but it makes one do a double-take - but because I'm a sloth, I can't list out every error here. What I /can/ recall is that in the italicized opening, I think you meant "SHE turned him almost human. SHE brought the most important thing into his life." For a moment there, I had been wondering what other man was competing against Sakura for Sasuke's affections.
-In the pillaging scene at the end, what did Sakura mean when she said Sasuke wasn't ready? Ready for what exactly?
-Be careful of going overboard with Sasuke's eyes softening every time he just takes a look into Sakura's eyes. I keep getting a picture of egg whites running down his face every nth time it happens.

Ch.2
Hm, I think Sakura was onto something from last chapter when she said Sasuke is obsessed with her (even if she had meant it as a joke..). Going off from Sasuke's perspective alone from Ch1-3, all his thoughts from day to night for the past 400 years seem to just be Sakura-this and Sakura-that. In this chapter, he was all about how Sakura sees, lives, and pretty much breathes only /him/. This "love" is quite something else. The fact that he, even if it was during a moment of grievous insanity, thought she had died on purpose just to spite him ... it's like everything she did (or will do), he thinks, revolves around him. Now while I'm skeptical of Sasuke's kind of love for Sakura, I think this kind of thinking would make for an interesting dynamic between modern time, headstrong Sakura and this self-centered, almost yandere-like Sasuke.
-I always found the age issue to be an interesting gray area. It's okay to kill a 20-year old (assuming the man Sasuke had killed was in his 20s) but not okay to kill a 12-year old? Why is that? Because the 12 year old has more to live for than a 20/whatever year old? But if one waits until they grow up to be that killed man's age then it's fine? You see what I am getting at? To determine a human life's worth based on simply the number of their lived years simplifies way too many things about a life.
-I like how you correlated the imaginary Sakura's responses with Sasuke's dialogue and actions. At first I thought they had been flashbacks and he was just recalling the kind of things she had said but I guess the insanity route works too.
-I'm glad you are showing the realistic consequences of Sasuke's..err, obsessive love for Sakura after four centuries. The fact that he does from time to time get tired of waiting - yes, yes, all very real reactions.

Ch.3
-I know Sasuke went off the deep end here but why did he mention God would intend it this way if vampires don't even believe in God?
-I actually did not expect you to go down the insanity route but I cannot say that it came unwarranted especially with how the extent of Sasuke's feelings poured into this one girl is just tsunami-whelming. What I'm more curious about is why Sasuke loves her so much (probably something that can be explained mainly through flashbacks? What kind of life did he have before her? And what about after her?)
-Good, good, you're keeping in mind that memories fade over time (Sakura's scent, her voice, looks, etc.)
-Even if this is mainly a SasuSaku story, we can't forget about the other people in their lives. So good show on giving us a glimpse from Naruto's side of things - watching his long time friend break down like this must be scary. Naruto's emotions would've been more impacting though if you had built the ascent of Sasuke's mentality dropping into the abyss of descent during Sakura's absence over the centuries but eh, you did say this written during one of your lost-muse periods so you gave as good as you could at the time.
-Careful of saying "walking -passed-" - this adverb is a tricky one but it's "past" in this case. I used to have my own confusions with this phrase so I know where you're coming from.

Ch.4
Ah, the favorite chapter - I read this chapter at least thrice already. Once every year until I finally got the gumption to read all four chapters to give you this proper review. Each time I read this, I always find myself grinning no less than I did the first time. I just absolutely adore this dichotomy of a modern Sakura and traditional Sasuke. Naruto brought up many good points here to Sasuke (hah, I didn't even think of the plague so nice work on bringing in some historical references).
-Interesting how you have characterized Naruto here - he is not interested in Sakura but in this universe, Sakura is! His bubbly personality also seemed to have eroded over the many, many years (was he actually mocking the concept of true love? I was confused there because it was mentioned in Ch.2 that he had a soul-mate... unless there's a more complex thing going on in this soul-mate relationship?)
-Why does Sakura insist on being called 'Kura when Naruto introduced her to Sasuke?
-I have read all kinds of Ino's but your Ino's sass and bluntness makes me choke on air - beautiful. This is how it's supposed to go.
-Nice tribute to the fourth-wall there (aka the reference to canon!Naruto shinobi-verse) Is it even 4th-walling when they're not directly talking to the audience? I don't know. I don't know anything anymore after typing this long Dx

Which is why I hope you haven't completely lost your muse for this story because then I had just typed all of this for naught. NOPRESSUREORANYTHING. But truly, you definitely have the makings of something different going on here and you should have more trust in your brand of humor. Once a good comedian, always a good comedian, hm C;

Ok this is the weirdest thing. I absolutly hate romance books and all the sparkly vampire stuff (or any thing that has to do with vampires and romance at the same time), but I am adictted to sasusaku fan fictions and the vampire ones are the ones I'm addicted to the most. I don't know what make fan fiction so different that makes me love it so much. (truth is I don't like the sasusaku pairing in the actual Naruto books I did early on but once the second series came around I lost intrest in the pairing). And even with the fact that I don't like romance or vampires or sasusaku I am addicted to this story. I just keep re reading the chapters. I can't wait for you to update. XD.

I like this even though I hate vampire stuff. :D Funny, that. I suppose my Sasusaku urges are too strong for me to not read about them. Do continue. I am also working on a Sasusaku reincarnation fic.

FINALLY AN UPDATE ! And im actually glad at how this chapter turned out. i mean you didnt make sakura the exact copy of who sasuke thought she was before and naruto's logic makes sense. it means sasuke has to try all over again..this should be good
