Pretty thing you might want to work on is the pacing of the story,they have been in the same place for two chapters already.

I really like this a frist fic,it's the first ones are pretty lousy with bad grammar and spelling mistakes,but you manage to keep everyone in character and even provide us with good action sequences.

I must point out though that Aang is pretty dead right shoot anyone with anything in the neck their chances of survival are slim to none,even with the spirit oasis water that Katara carries.

I have noticed that you do an excellent job of portraying the characters.I have never seen Katara and Zuko acting so strongly and even in bigger and most likely better (no offense)stories like When the Mask Comes Off,a great Zutara story you should check out soon (the sequel isn't as good).So I see a lot of potential in your writing and I strongly suggest that you keep on writing.

The only character I find out of place is dramatic ending of this chapter where Aang gets shot was ruined by Azula's gloating at the than that,a great story by any standard,with many strong characters.

I'm tired of people thinking Azula can just shoot lightning out of nowhere at will. Not only does it take time to charge the energy for the attack, but you only get one shot before you have to start over!

Over all, not the best I've ever read, but it's not the worst either. I like how Zuko doesn't actually want to fight Katara at all, let alone hurt her. Although, to be fair, Aang is already technically dead at this point.
