Adorable, just the kind of one-shot story one needs to brighten up the not-so-adorable day. Although at some points I felt a tiny bit confused (I really can't see Luna as friends-with-benefits kind of girl, but maybe it's just me), but the delightful meemaw and Pansy's messed up manicure more than make up for it ;)

I LOVE this pairing, but the story was a bit quick and fast paced, don't you think? I loved Dean's 'meemaw' because she was hysterical! The cultural differences between Pansy and Dean were very profound too, that also includes the differences with how you described Americans and Brits. It was a great story and I hope you write more about Dean and Pansy together!

This was great! I definitely did not expect you to pick Pansy... but I LOVED it.

Personally, I think you should have written all of Dean's scenes in the HP books because you write him SO much better than even JKR. Who knew Dean was so smoldering. Wow.

I loved the way you described how Pansy grew into her pug-face. The slightly upturned nose and gray eyes... beautiful. Really, really vivid and lovely.

You fit all of the quotations and phrases in seamlessly.

I am so glad you went with the cornrows... I have a very nice image in my head of a cornrowed Dean and let me tell you... IT'S HOT!

The mounting attraction between Pansy and Dean was great too.

"Dean looked back at the book, fooling nobody. He was just as attracted to her as she was to him…"

- This was my absolute favorite line of the entire thing. It speaks volumes about the tension and ... I don't even know what else to say... I just adored this line.

The Dean and Luna part was great too. It fit so nicely into the story and I loved that you wove in all of the bits from Deathly Hallows as well.
