Dagbert's endowment IS drowning other people not him drowning when he drinks water. It says that in the beginning of the sixth Charlie Bone book when it lists the endowed characters endowments. LOOK IT UP!

Lol, you read that fic too? It's good, bu I don't really prefer the pairing...wow, Dagbert is pretty odd, and that's saying something since this takes place in an endowed academy. I wonder what other quirks will discover about him? :)

Haha! Dagbert/Charlie! Interesting little concept! I can see that, however- Dagbert/anyone is possible, in my opinion, Dagbert being the fantastically manipulative little phosphorescent creature that he is. (In fact, I'm sort of curious about Dagbert/Gabriel, as brain-breaking as it is)
