Okay obviously someone can't do THAT much damage to themselves. I mean seriously punching yourself in the face hard enough to get black eyes, burning yourself and bruises and cuts EVERYWHERE on your body - what'd you do? Flung yourself down the stairs and out the window? That's some extreme case of self-mutilation. Abuse is definitely what comes to mind or is the more likely possibility... damn but either way Atem can't really do anything unless he forces Yugi to tell him what's wrong.

Oh man. How can does dreams affect him in real life? Something weird is going on, but exacty what is it?

I loved this story! I loved all the Yugi abuse! Lol I'm a huge whump fan. I loved how protective Atem was too! You should write one more chap where Yugi's recovering or something. Or maybe like a month after where he and Atem are just hanging out. Just to finish it up. But you don't have to. It's your story. And a really good one at that! _

This... was so strange, and creepy, and bizarre, and kind of awesome. I was creeped out while it was unclear what was going on, but your description of the inside of Yugi's mind was totally fascinating, and though extremely bizarre and unpredictable, and in spite of the horror aspect, the story was really cool and I had fun reading it. Thanks!

Liked this one, alot. Had all the features needed to make a good hidden-mystery-come-misunderstanding story. Does that make sense?

Well anyway Atem's reactions to finding Yugi all injured, his thoughts and then as well thinking that Yugi was more 'sick' than he thought...were wicked. The only thing i'd say though is that some of the injuries Yugi sported are not the easiest injuries one can self inflict, if not quite impossible...its probably a good job you never outlined what was on his back, hmm? Personally i think a suspicion that someone else might be involved should have come into it all earlier.

When Atem finally realised that the injuries were apearing out of 'thin air' was a good bit, full of yes! finally! relief u know.

Yugi's responses were also very good, although it would have come across better if you'd done a little bit more in Yugi's point of view..like examples of how he was confusing reality to dreams...instead of just from other people's.

Unusual idea ont he multiple Yugi's, I'm sure ive seen something like that before, what was your inspiration?
