Wow...a Ciato fic. Coolness *beams* While I don't necessarily like Ciato, I don't exactly bear a heated grudge against him for what he did to Asellus either. He's the villain; of course he's portrayed in a bad light. However, the guy is so thoroughly hated throughout the SF fandom that that in itself is enough to make me pity him - yes, he did do a lot of stuff to our beloved Half-Mystic, attacking her and whatnot...but bear in mind that he was only doing Orlouge's bidding. Just as how, in Fushigi Yuugi, A are was only doing Nakago's bidding, and getting a very bad name in the process. This is also the reason why I had never expected to find such a great fanfic about him. You portrayed his disgust very well, showing what exactly he thought about being misplaced by a "freak" (sorry, Ase-sama! *cringes as Asellus towers menacingly over her*) - someone whom he considered to be below even humans. And a lineage, huh? Interesting revelation - I had never thought Ciato to be a family man _~ Kudos to you for taking up the challenge of writing about a VERY unpopular character...and doing it so well, too! *applauds* Should we be expecting more fics in the future? *grins*

Heyas there, I've read this story in several other sites, but I can't seem to stop myself from reading it again. Actually, it was the first SF fanfic that I ever read. I hate Ciato, probably more so than anyone else, but I loved this story. Your grammar was great and your word choice wasn't bad either. A flowing story which captures the true Ciato, very well done!

Yay, im your first reviewer! First let me say that this was a very well written story. You should write more. Anyways, I enjoyed the fact that you got the characters pesonalities so well, and, even though i hate Ciato almost as much as Orlouge, actually, maybe more, I must admit you did an excellent job on him. Well, i'll keep an eye out for more of your stories. Great, job, real great job.
